Customer Cooperation Case – South Korea (PPF & TPU Films)

This South Korean customer started cooperation with us through a small trial order of matte PPF, mainly to test installation performance and local market acceptance. The quantity was limited, and the film was used for regular customer vehicles rather than promotional display.

After the initial installation feedback was confirmed, the customer placed a second order focusing on clear self-healing PPF, with increased quantity to support daily workshop use.

During shipment, we also included a small set of TPU color PPF samples for testing purposes. After evaluation and trial installation, the customer showed strong interest in the color PPF and received positive feedback from their local installers.

In a later order, the customer officially added TPU color PPF to their purchasing list to expand their product range and meet customer requests for color change solutions. Orders were placed step by step based on actual demand, without bulk stocking.

Throughout the cooperation, product selection was adjusted according to installer feedback and market response. Communication mainly focused on order arrangement and delivery timing. All orders were completed smoothly, reflecting a stable and practical long-term cooperation.

At the same time, the customer has started preparing their own branded packaging, and is currently working on box design for future use.

As cooperation continued, the customer began asking about custom packaging options for future orders. They specifically asked about the MOQ for customized boxes and whether we could support box design.

We explained that the MOQ for custom boxes is 30 rolls, and that we could assist with packaging design based on their ideas. After this discussion, the customer shared a reference box style they preferred and asked us to confirm feasibility.

Our team reviewed the design requirements and confirmed production details, including box structure, printing options, and usage compatibility. Throughout this process, communication remained practical and efficient.

With consistent product performance and smooth order execution, the customer gradually built strong trust in our supply. Order volume increased step by step, based on actual sales, rather than sudden bulk stocking. This cooperation developed naturally as confidence in product quality grew.

For new items or adjustments, we always recommend starting with 1–3 rolls for testing, allowing installers to confirm installation performance before expanding volume. Currently, the customer is regularly purchasing matte PPF, clear self-healing PPF, and TPU color PPF, using different products to meet various customer needs in their local market.

1) TPU-PRO Matt PPF
TPU-PRO Matt is an imported matte paint protection film selected by this customer for customers who prefer a low-gloss, factory-style finish. The surface texture is uniform and stable after installation, with smooth edge sealing and consistent appearance. It is mainly used for daily vehicles and matte-style customization projects.

2) PRIME Series PPF (Flagship Product)
PRIME Series is our flagship PPF and a core product for this cooperation. It uses an embedded diamond coating structure, which allows the coating layer to remain intact during stretching, without cracking or distortion.

Key performance features include:

• No coating stringing during stretching, coating remains unbroken

• High stretch resistance:

  • 7.5 mil thickness can be stretched up to 5 times without breaking

  • 8.5 mil and above is extremely difficult to tear under normal installation

• Excellent rebound after stretching, no edge curling

• Ultra-soft film structure, currently one of the softest PPFs available, offering smooth handling and very close fit during installation

This series is widely used for vehicles with complex curves where installation flexibility and surface stability are critical.

3) TPU Color PPF
The customer also selects TPU Color PPF to expand their product range. The color PPF supports both wet and dry installation methods, allowing installers to choose based on habits and working conditions.
With 400+ color options, it provides strong flexibility for color customization while maintaining protective performance.

In the early stage, customers may start with 1–3 rolls for testing to confirm installation performance. Once the product is validated, larger-volume orders become more cost-effective in terms of unit price, packaging efficiency, and delivery arrangement.
